On Thursday, April 10, Jesse and Heather Tolbert became new homeowners, purchasing a new energy-efficient home from Knox Housing Partnership. Thank you to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, Commercial Bank, and the City of Knoxville for their roles in helping the Tolberts own their new home.
